Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of producer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Build long-term customer relationships through farm visits and timely communication.
• Promote agronomy products, services, programs, and technology solutions.
• Prepare customer proposals and sales agreements within pricing and margin expectations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and work toward growth and retention.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure delivery and inventory availability.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant managers to ensure proper delivery.
