Admire ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a daycare setting. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• In a Daycare M-F 9AM-12PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
