Job summary

Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

You will implement individualized plans created by a BCBA, accurately collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to help each child reach goals.

Qualifications

• This position requires prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If not certified, we can assist with obtaining RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Monday through Friday. 4:30 PM -6:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• This position does not require an active RBT certification. However, candidates must have prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you are not currently certified, we can assist you with obtaining your RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
