RurAL CAP in Anchorage is seeking a GROW Program Supervisor to lead the Growing Rural Opportunities for Wellness program and related food security work. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities with partners, and ensure reporting and outcomes meet funder requirements.

Required: BA/BS in community development, public health, education, program management or related field plus one year, or five years of equivalent experience; strong writing and data skills; willingness to travel in rural

Qualifications

• BA/BS in community development, public health, education, program management or related field.
• One year of related experience or five years equivalent.
• Excellent written and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences and partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the implementation of all program activities under the GROW program.
• Leads planning and needs assessment with communities and stakeholders.
• Oversees resource development and contract development for program delivery.
• Coordinates reporting and data collection for grant compliance.
