The role requires 3–5 years in group travel sales, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and a proven ability to manage group bookings from inquiry to travel.

Role Mission

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Groups Travel Advisor to build and grow the Groups division at Ultimate Jet Vacations (UJV). This is a hands-on sales role focused on establishing the processes and structure for a successful Groups business within our B2B reservations division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling group travel and a deep understanding of the B2B travel agency landscape.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the future of our Groups business. You’ll work closely with our tech team to refine systems, identify and resolve operational challenges, and create a streamlined, scalable process for group sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop the Groups Division: Build the framework for UJV’s Groups division, including defining systems and processes, sales strategies, and operational workflows.
• Sales Execution: Act as the primary sales advisor for group travel, handling inquiries, proposals, and bookings from B2B clients.
• Contract and Rate Management: Review and negotiate supplier contracts, net rates, and group concessions to ensure maximum profitability and competitive offerings.
• Group Management: Oversee the full group movement from request to travel, including quoting, sale, rooming list coordination, and final travel execution.
• Tech Collaboration: Work with the tech team to identify and fix system gaps or inefficiencies to create a seamless booking process for group travel.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel advisors and industry partners to drive repeat and referral business.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine sales and operational strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to position UJV’s Groups division as a market leader.
