Job summary

SEA LIFE Minnesota, part of Merlin Entertainments, seeks a Schools & Group Coordinator to manage group reservations and act as the primary contact for schools and organizations. You will guide inquiries through planning, bookings, arrival, and follow-up to ensure memorable visits.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to grow attendance, coordinate events, and support partnerships with schools and travel partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, tourism, event coordination, sales support, or related experience.
• Experience handling reservations, guest inquiries, or inbound customer interactions is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete group reservation process from initial inquiry through post-visit follow-up.
• Provide information and recommendations to schools, tour operators, organizations, and potential group customers.
• Book group reservations and serve as the primary contact throughout the planning process.
• Welcome groups upon arrival and help ensure a smooth, positive guest experience.
