Job summary

Merlin Entertainments in Bloomington, MN, seeks a Guest Experience Lead for Bubble Planet Minnesota to support daily operations, keep lines moving, and foster a fun, safe environment for families. You will learn leadership through hands-on coaching and help train teammates while maintaining a positive guest energy.

• Support Bubble Planet team during daily operations and help keep lines moving.
• Maintain positive guest energy and assist guests as needed.
• Coach and motivate team members while learning leadership skills.
• Work with supervisors and attraction teams to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Guest Experience Lead - Bubble Planet Minnesota

Bubble Planet is an exciting new immersive attraction from the same team at SEA LIFE Minnesota, designed to spark wonder and create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Join our team and help bring this one-of-a-kind, interactive experience to life for families exploring a world of bubbles, color, and imagination!

What You’ll Do

• Help support the Bubble Planet team during daily operations
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day

Qualifications & Experience

• Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people
• Can stay calm in busy situations
• Enjoy helping and encouraging others
• Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
• Want to grow into leadership
• Available weekends + holidays (required)

Previous leadership and training experience!

Pay Range

USD $18.50/Hr.
