Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in Miami is seeking a Groups Programs Coordinator to manage post-proposal bookings for Charters, Incentives, Large Groups, and Travel Advisor Conferences. You will coordinate pricing, setup with Revenue Management, process onboard credits, and handle pre-cruise amenity orders, reporting, and invoicing to ensure accurate guest experiences.

You will work with CMI leadership, Sales, Finance, Reservations, and shipboard teams to maintain files, track payments, and reconcile

Qualifications

• Essentially, 2+ years demonstrated experience in similar role or responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating group bookings, pricing, and documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Group Booking Creation and Administration: Create and manage group program bookings after the proposal cycle is complete.
• Onboard Credits and Pre-Cruise Orders: Coordinate onboard credits and manage Bon Voyage and Fun Shop orders for charter and large group programs.
• Portfolio Servicing, Reporting, and Payment Management: Support servicing, trackers, group summaries, status reports, and payment activity.
• Pricing Coordination and Group Setup: Coordinate with Revenue Management for large groups and Travel Advisor conferences.
• Post-Charter Reconciliation: Assist with data gathering and reconciliation after charters.
• Process Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Maintain audit-ready files and improve processes.
