Splash Indoor Waterpark is seeking an Events & Activities Coordinator to support the Sales and Events Manager in driving revenue through group bookings and marketing initiatives at the waterpark.

Responsibilities include coordinating group bookings, assisting with events, and collaborating on PR and social media campaigns, with a focus on building relationships with schools, corporations, churches, and nonprofits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Sales role.
• Experience in Amusement Industry or Hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with using required software programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group sales with school, corporate, church, and non-profit groups.
• Contact group contacts to confirm event details and payments.
• Assist Sales and Events Managers with event execution.
• Maintain relationships with in-house and external groups.
• Support marketing and administration tasks for the waterpark.
