Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Oregon is seeking a Groups Coordinator to turn group plans into memorable trips. You’ll be the main contact from first inquiry to final bill, coordinating lodging, tee times, transportation, and dining while keeping everything on track.

You’ll manage deposits, payments, and statements with a focus on accuracy, and collaborate with the Groups & Events team to deliver outstanding experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• About a year of experience in group or event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or related training.
• Golf industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for your groups from first inquiry to final bill and contact.
• Pull the whole trip together—lodge, tee times, transportation, activities, and dining.
• Keep deposits, payments, and charges accurate; reconcile accounts and final statements.
