Job summary

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort offers a Golf Intern position on Oregon's coast, giving hands-on experience while pursuing a Professional Golf Management degree. You’ll work with guests, manage our golf shop, coordinate tournaments, and learn the business side of golf operations.

You’ll gain real responsibilities that impact guest experiences on our six award-winning courses, with mentorship from professionals and opportunities to play on site during days off.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Professional Golf Management degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Learn the retail side of golf and assist guests with merchandise and special orders.
• Handle real transactions including merchandise sales, greens fees, and equipment rentals.
• Provide genuine customer service by answering questions and scheduling tee times.
• Support tournaments and events, coordinating with different departments for smooth execution.
• Assist with inventory management and driving range operations.
