You will be the primary contact from the initial inquiry through final billing, coordinating lodging, tee times, transportation, dinners, and all the details that make a group visit memorable.

You’ll work with our Groups & Special Events team to keep deposits, payments, and statements accurate, while presenting the resort and its services with enthusiasm.

Qualifikationen

• About a year of experience in group or event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or related training.
• You’re organized and you notice the details.
• You’re comfortable with numbers and financial accuracy.
• You communicate clearly and build good working relationships.
• You’re comfortable with technology and eager to learn.

Aufgaben

• Be the go-to person for your groups. From first inquiry to final bill, you’ll be their main contact and keep everyone informed.
• Pull the whole trip together by coordinating lodging, tee times, transportation, activities, and dining.
• Keep deposits, payments, and charges accurate; reconcile accounts and finalize statements.
• Work with the Groups & Special Events team and assist with event docs and schedules.
• Showcase the resort and respond to guest requests, seeking ways to improve future trips.
