Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Oregon is seeking a Groups Coordinator to turn trip plans into a seamless experience. You will be the main contact from the first inquiry through the final bill, coordinating lodging, tee times, transportation, meals, and special requests.

You’ll work with the Groups & Events team, manage deposits and payments, and help maintain the annual outings calendar. The role requires roughly a year of related experience, strong organizational skills, comfort with numbers,

Qualifications

• About a year of experience in group or event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or related training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for your groups from the first inquiry until departure.
• Pull the whole trip together with lodging, tee times, transportation, activities, and dining.
• Keep group records accurate in our property management system and maintain the outings calendar.
• Process and track deposits, payments, and charges; reconcile accounts and collect final payments.
• Collaborate with the Groups & Events team and help with event documentation and schedules.
