Traders Point Christian Church seeks a Lead Care Pastor to provide strategic leadership for pastoral care across all campuses. This role shapes how the church responds to crises, grief, and spiritual challenges with Christ-centered care.

The Lead Care Pastor builds scalable systems, trains staff and Difference Makers, and collaborates across ministries to ensure a compassionate, consistent care experience church-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry, Pastoral Counseling, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in ministry leadership or related field.

Responsibilities

• Cast vision and oversee care strategy across multiple campuses.
• Lead and develop campus care teams and Difference Makers.
• Oversee care ministries including benevolence, hospital visits, premarital counseling and crisis response.
• Provide direct pastoral care for high-acuity situations when needed.
• Collaborate with Groups, Outreach, and Next Gen teams to integrate care community-wide.
