Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC seeks a Group X Coach to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise programs for members and guests, in person or virtually. You will create an inviting, motivating experience and ensure safety and high-quality instruction.

Responsibilities include maintaining multiple classes weekly, managing customer interactions, recruiting participants, and assisting with club upkeep. Prior experience and a current group exercise certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions in person or via virtual technology.
• Present sessions to welcome, encourage and challenge members.
• Educate members on safe techniques and guidelines to ensure safety.
• Increase member attendance by strong teaching and ability to connect with and motivate others.
• Find appropriate substitutes for group session coverage following policy.
