24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise programs for members and guests, in person or via virtual platforms. The role emphasizes creating an inviting, inspiring experience and helping participants feel welcomed, encouraged, and challenged.

Responsibilities include coaching classes, maintaining safety standards, increasing attendance, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting club operations and scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to members at varying fitness levels.
• Present sessions in a welcoming and challenging way.
• Educate members on safe techniques and guidelines to ensure safety.
• Increase attendance by connecting with and motivating participants.
• Find appropriate substitutes and help with class coverage when needed.
