Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to create an inviting, motivating group exercise experience by delivering pre-choreographed or freestyle programs to members and guests, in person or via virtual platforms.

You will lead sessions with varying fitness levels, emphasize safe techniques, motivate participants, and help grow class attendance while maintaining club standards and service.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions and classes in person or via virtual technology.
• Present sessions to welcome, encourage and challenge members.
• Ensure safety and proper techniques for all fitness levels.
• Increase attendance through engaging teaching and motivation.
• Maintain an average of coaching at least 2 classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sessions.
• Recruit new members to join classes.
• Arrange substitutes per policy and guidelines.
• Maintain social media presence to attract participants.
