Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Group X Coach to lead engaging group exercise sessions, either pre-choreographed or freestyle, and help build a welcoming fitness community. You will teach in person or via virtual platforms, ensuring safety and high-quality instruction for members of all levels.

The role emphasizes motivation, strong communication, and reliability, with responsibilities including class scheduling, customer service, and supporting a clean, well-maintained club environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to a wide range of members in person or via virtual platforms.
• Present sessions in a welcoming, encouraging, and challenging manner.
• Ensure safe, high-quality instruction and educate members on techniques.
• Increase attendance by engaging and motivating members.
• Manage class coverage and find substitutes per policy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sessions and handle member concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized space and report maintenance needs when required.
• Recruit new members to join classes and stick to schedule timings.
