Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Group X Coach to lead pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise sessions for a diverse member base. You will instruct in person or virtually, create an inviting atmosphere, and ensure safety and high-quality class delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, energetic engagement, and a passion for helping members reach health and wellness goals while maintaining a consistent class schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a wide variety of people.
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to creating a community feel within a group session or class.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions in person or via virtual tech.
• Present sessions in a welcoming, encouraging, and challenging way.
• Educate members on safe techniques and guidelines to ensure safe classes.
• Maintain an average of at least 2 classes per week.
