Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise programs on-site or virtually. You will create an inviting, motivating environment, ensuring safe techniques and high-quality sessions for members of all fitness levels.

Responsibilities include maintaining a 2-class-per-week average, providing exceptional customer service, and helping recruit participants while keeping sessions on schedule and well-organized.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions in person or via virtual tech.
• Present sessions so members feel welcomed, encouraged and challenged.
• Ensure safety and educate on proper techniques for all fitness levels.
• Achieve an average of coaching at least 2 classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sessions.
