Job summary

Pebble Beach Company is seeking a Group Coordinator to assist in generating and converting profitable transportation services through product knowledge, sales techniques and building relationships with clients. Support dispatch team when necessary.

You will manage transportation scheduling, coordinate with resorts, prepare proposals, and maintain records to ensure compliance with credit and accounting procedures, with weekend/holiday coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Valid California driver’s license with 2 points or less.

Responsibilities

• Sell transportation services using product knowledge and client relationships.
• Send proposals and quotes aligned with standards and guest requirements.
• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss transportation needs and upsell opportunities.
• Manage transportation schedule to ensure accurate bookings.
• Assist Transportation Manager with budget data and reporting.
• Represent the transportation department at meetings and with other departments.
