Job summary

Pebble Beach Company is seeking a Group Retail Clerk to support the Group Retail department with receiving, processing, and tracking merchandise shipments, coordinating product deliveries for group orders, and maintaining inventory records.

This on-site role involves assisting with group gifting events, ensuring timely distribution, and upholding Pebble Beach Company standards. Excellent customer service and two years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Two years' customer service or sales experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of DataWorks/Next and POS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inbound orders/shipments are accepted, checked in, logged, and communicated to assigned Sales Coordinator upon arrival of product.
• Process, organize, and track all required paperwork for MOS, RTV, invoices, price changes, delivery log for group orders, and production orders.
• Assist and coordinate with Sales Coordinators any packaging or gift wrap needs for a group or client.
• Coordinate and execute the delivery of group retail merchandise to designated locations, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
• Assist with Group Gifting Events/Experiences as on-site support.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, required to support group gifting events and scheduled product deliveries.
• Assist with physical inventories and inventory reconciliation as directed.
• Assist in performing cycle counts and inventory spot checks (weekly, monthly).
• Restock and transfer all group merchandise returns to warehouse or stores.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Comply with Pebble Beach Company policies and procedures including health and safety.
• Know, model, and integrate Pebble Beach Company culture (Mission, Values and Standards).

The Group Retail Clerk provides support to the Group Retail department. Absolutely Required Skills:

• Minimum of two years’ customer service/sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required and must be at least 18 years old.
