Job summary

At ECHO, we’re hiring an Employment Support Specialist to help adults with disabilities find, learn, and succeed in real jobs in the community. This role involves out-in-the-community coaching, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

You’ll support individuals on the job at local businesses, build confidence and workplace skills, and track progress while ensuring safety and following individualized plans. This is meaningful, purpose-driven work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (including fingerprinting)
• Experience in human services or related field preferred—but we will train the right person

Employment Support Specialist / DSP – Help Adults Succeed at Work

Looking for a meaningful job where you can help people succeed AND have your evenings and weekends free?

At ECHO, we’re hiring an Employment Support Specialist to help adults with disabilities find, learn, and succeed in real jobs in the community.

• Monday–Friday only (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• No nights. No weekends. No shift work.
• Consistent schedule every week

What You’ll Do (Real-World Impact)

This is not a desk job-you’ll be out in the community supporting individuals at their workplaces.
