Job summary

Echoworks is hiring an Employment Support Specialist to help adults with disabilities find, learn, and succeed in real jobs in the community. You’ll coach participants on the job at local businesses, build confidence and independence, and support daily routines and workplace expectations.

We offer a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with no nights or weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services or related field preferred; but we will train the right person.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (including fingerprinting).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
