Job summary

You will coach Selling Managers, maintain a visible floor presence, and guide talent development to promotion. You will partner with merchandising, talent acquisition, and marketing to execute events and store initiatives, ensuring consistent results and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail.
• Experience building, managing and motivating a sales team.
• Four-year degree and full mobility required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and available technology.

Responsibilities

• Guide clienteling practices and use technology to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Coach Selling Managers, maintain a visible floor presence, and provide ongoing education and training.
• Oversee Selling Managers, develop talent for promotion, and manage performance issues.
• Partner with merchandising, talent acquisition, and talent development teams.
• Support marketing outreach and coach teams to achieve event goals.
