HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group seeks a driven Sales Manager for The Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta’s transition to Hyatt Regency. You will generate new group and business travel opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic account management, while partnering with operations and events teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related sales role.
• Certifications relevant to hospitality sales may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and meeting planners.
• Prospect for new business through outbound calls and industry events.
• Develop business within market segments focusing on group rooms and revenue.
• Respond to RFPs with proposals that position the hotel effectively.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to turnover to operations.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts into long-term partners.
• Communicate client expectations and event details to operations.
• Maintain accurate account activity and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales & Marketing to meet revenue goals.
• Represent the hotel during Hyatt Regency transformation with enthusiasm.
