Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Sales Manager, Group for the Midwest to drive group bookings and revenue across rooms and F&B. The successful candidate will handle strategic accounts, build long-term relationships, and travel to client sites, trade shows, and our Pendry San Diego property as needed.

The role offers the potential for remote work within the territory and requires proactive outreach, contract development, and strong command of Delphi/Opera/MS Office to support sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales and operations experience.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Develop and execute sales trips with follow-through.
• Proven ability to close large, complex deals.
• Knowledge of Delphi, Opera and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing group accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Build and manage relationships with Midwest clients.
• Prepare proposals and contracts for events and group bookings.
• Travel to strategic trade shows and client sites as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
