Job summary

Legends Global at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Group Sales team with logistics, CRM, and admin tasks for group experiences. You will liaise with Catering, Operations, Marketing and Ticketing to ensure accurate event orders, timely communications, and flawless client service.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong Excel/CRM skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, CRM and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for group sales, including event orders and timelines.
• Coordinate with Catering to align food & beverage requirements.
• Serve as internal liaison for tours, arrivals, and event-day needs.
• Assist Account Executives with prospecting tasks, lead research, and follow-ups.
• Support invoicing, ticket uploads, tracking client needs, and data maintenance.
• Generate weekly sales and operations reports for department review.
