Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented revenue management administrator in Tulsa, OK, to build and manage rate plans for group bookings and oversee related billing and charge routing. The role requires coordinating with Sales Managers and DOSM/DORM, monitoring cut-off dates, and ensuring inventory accuracy across Delphi and PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage special rate plans according to established revenue management guidelines for group bookings upon receipt of recaps/turnovers from Sales Managers.
• Create and manage group masters for newly created Rate codes, Rate plans, SRPs in Revenue Management System, set up billing methods & charge routing controls, & pre-authorize credit card guarantee prior to group arrivals.
• Monitor group cut-off dates and alert stakeholders if group reservations are missing as dates approach.
• Perform 14-day window audit of blocked inventory in systems ensuring all unused blocked inventory is released.
• Prepare Group Pickup Report and lead weekly Group Pick Up Meeting.
• Assist DOSM & DORM to resolve group forecast discrepancies and balance PMS with sales system; alert if recaps are missing for definite groups in Delphi.
• Assist DORM with setting and managing group MARs in the sales system.
• Make multiple-room reservations that do not qualify as groups; handle other reservations routed by sales managers, catering and front office departments.
• Process on-property transient reservations for VIP guests, BT accounts, preferred accounts, etc., as directed by leadership.
• Fully understand hotel product and operations processes.
• Interact effectively with colleagues and hotel guests.
• Provide administrative support for the property Commercial Teams.
