Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Revenue Manager for its Tulsa, OK property to build and manage rate plans, oversee group bookings and optimize room revenue. You will coordinate with Sales, DOSM/DORM and other hotel teams, monitor cut-off dates, manage MARs and prepare weekly group performance reports in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with reservations and front office systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage special rate plans for group bookings per guidelines.
• Create and manage group masters, rate codes/plans, and SRPs in the RMS.
• Monitor group cut-off dates and alert managers if bookings are missing.
• Prepare Group Pickup Reports and lead weekly meetings.
