Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions seeks a Group Rooms Manager to lead housing contacts for contracted groups, manage reservations, and liaise between sales, event planners, and hotel departments for seamless bookings. You will build strong client relationships and maintain precise group information to ensure top-tier service.

You will guide the team in communication, reporting, and process adherence, delivering accurate folio postings and supporting sales and catering activities to drive guest

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Passkey, Delphi, and Visual 1 (V1) is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain group room blocks in Passkey/V1.
• Coordinate guest lists and reservations with internal teams and clients.
• Oversee group reservations, room blocks, and special requests for accuracy.
