Job summary

Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to support Sales and Catering with block data entry, rooming lists, and reservations. You will assist with rate adjustments, cutoff dates, and registration of guests during conferences and events, while ensuring excellent guest services.

The role involves coordinating with Sales Managers, creating weekly reports, and managing group arrivals/departures across systems like Amadeus and RDP.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk/customer service.
• Ability to coordinate room blocks and guest reservations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales and Catering with group room blocks and data entry in Amadeus and RDP.
• Register and assign rooms, issue keys, and handle guest questions during events.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Event Detailers, and Reservations on group activity.
• Prepare weekly group block tracking reports.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, front office and accounting related to group bookings.
