Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a versatile Sales Manager for Westin Jackson. You will engage in direct sales for catering, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless account management.

Travel locally and regionally to promote our hotel and develop new business while presenting to clients. We value experience in groups, meetings and events, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As our Sales Manager, you'll be the go-to person for conducting site inspections, maximizing sales, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth account handling. You'll give persuasive sales presentations, travel locally and regionally to promote our hotel, and develop new business. You'll also meet with and entertain clients, while keeping clear communication with our hotel operations team. Plus, you'll tackle various sales and catering tasks as needed.

You should be confident in preventing and resolving problems, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and work well with a motivated team.
