Four Seasons Las Vegas is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to manage group room blocks within the resort’s inventory, ensuring contractual obligations are met and that communications with Sales Managers, Conference Services Managers, and Revenue Management are kept current.

The successful candidate will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and telephone communications, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

About The Role

The Group Rooms Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of group room reservations, including monitoring and managing group room blocks within the resort's inventory. This role ensures that group contractual obligations are met and that group contacts, Sales Managers, Conference Services Managers, Operational Departments, and the Director of Revenue Management are kept informed of all communications and updates related to group room blocks.

In addition, he/she must be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems as well as communicating over the telephone.

What You Bring

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and be willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis in order to promote teamwork. This may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
