Four Seasons Las Vegas is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to manage group room blocks within the resort’s inventory, ensuring contractual obligations are met and that communications with Sales Managers, Conference Services Managers, and Revenue Management are kept current.

The successful candidate will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and telephone communications, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor group room blocks within the resort inventory.
• Keep group contacts and Sales/Conference Services Managers informed of updates.
