Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Group Reservation Coordinator to manage contracted group reservations, build Passkey links, and set up room billing within the Group Sales department. You will input all rooming lists, balance room blocks, and ensure accurate billing for contracted nights.

Coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Front Office to support group needs, maintain files, and assist with pre-convention meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and interpret contracts accurately.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage group links via Passkey and LMS.
• Input rooming lists and balance blocks by releasing inventory.
• Ensure accurate billing for contracted nights and shoulder dates.
• Manage changes to rooming lists and billing as per contracts.
• Print delegate lists for clients and managers on request.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Front Office.
• Maintain group files and ensure proper documentation.
• Attend pre-convention meetings and address client concerns.
