Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Group Reservation Coordinator to manage contracted group reservations, including Passkey link setup, rooming lists, and billing. You will work closely with Group Sales, Revenue Management, and Front Office to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of contracts.

Qualifications

• MUST have at least a high school diploma or equivalent with basic training.
• Experience in hospitality or reservations preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage group links via Passkey and LMS.
• Input rooming lists and balance room blocks per contracts.
• Ensure accurate billing and shoulder dates.
• Handle group changes and delegate lists for clients and sales.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales across departments.
