The Westin St. Louis, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Group Housing and Sales Coordinator to join our downtown property. You will bridge the sales, events, and front office teams, manage group rooming lists and reservations, and ensure accurate billing and smooth group experiences.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong organization, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help deliver memorable guest stays.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or reservations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems (Opera or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage group rooming lists, reservations, and billing details.
• Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure flawless group experiences.
• Process group changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Monitor inventory to optimize room block utilization.
• Prepare and distribute reports for group status and pick-up.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external guests.
• Support the Reservations and Sales teams as needed.
