Overview

We’re seeking an accomplished Director of Operations who brings a strong Marriott background, a passion for developing high-performing teams, and a track record of enhancing operational performance through process improvement and thoughtful change management. Our property serves a blend of business travelers and seasonal leisure guests, especially during baseball season, creating an exciting, high-energy environment with no two days the same.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of management experience in hotel operations
