Job summary

The Westin St. Louis is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to join our downtown property. You will work with guests and clients to design and deliver memorable events from initial inquiry to post-event evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and superior service.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, as you coordinate with internal departments and partners to meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in event planning or hospitality industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Professional appearance and confidence
• Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM system preferred
