Job summary

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is seeking a Schools and Group Coordinator in the United States to oversee the end-to-end group reservations process. You will provide information to potential customers, welcome groups on arrival, and respond to inquiries while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth visit.

The role requires a minimum of two years in customer service, strong written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Inbound call center experience is helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access) required.
• Ability to obtain related licensures or certifications as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned markets.
• Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat group business.
• Assist with onsite coordination of activities for group visits.
• Submit weekly and monthly bookings and revenue reports.
• Maintain event rosters and calendars for client programs and trade shows.
• Coordinate sales calls and presentations; review contracts with Sales Manager.
