Compass Group USA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for Legoland NY to oversee storage and distribution of products at the site. The role emphasizes secure inventory management, coordination with culinary and operations teams, and accurate handling of deliveries and invoices.

The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Formación

• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Operational experience in food and beverage preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe, secure, and sanitary storage and distribution of products and inventory.
• Manage on-hand inventory to optimize stock and minimize loss.
• Coordinate with operations and culinary teams for requisition and distribution of products.
• Safeguard and rotate on-hand inventory.
• Oversee regular inventory cycles and timely ordering of supplies.
• Manage delivery schedules and pricing lists.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize loss and ensure accuracy.
• Check deliveries for accuracy and safety, and manage product storage and rotation.
• Lead pre-shift meetings with warehouse team.
• Track product transfers and requisition sheets for accurate records.
• Ensure accurate invoicing entries and data in Birchstreet systems.
• Identify slow or dead stock and coordinate with teams to address issues.
• Assist operations teams with product loading to locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
