Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Inbound call center experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develops, cultivates and maintains business relationships within assigned markets.
• Solicits, negotiates and books new and repeat business to maximize volume and revenue.
• Coordinate onsite activities and assist with program and campaign analysis.
• Submit weekly and monthly bookings and revenue reports to management.
