Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, PMO: Private Cloud & Flex Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will own PMO governance and executive reporting for a complex technology environment, with a strong emphasis on transparency, risk management, and cross-functional alignment. The role will guide product lifecycle oversight across multiple solutions and help ensure priorities, commitments, and timelines are managed effectively. The successful candidate will also lead continuous improvement efforts that strengthen process discipline, communication, and operational clarity across the organization.

Location: Andover, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $400,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and optimize executive reporting for transparency
• Oversee product lifecycle management from inception to end-of-life
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and manage risks

Qualifications

• Successful track record in transforming PMOs within dynamic, multi-product organizations
• Strong expertise in program governance and risk management practices
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
• Proficient with PMO tools like JIRA, Confluence, and reporting platforms
• Demonstrated influencing skills with senior executives and cross-functional teams
