Job summary

Volta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of GPU and data center deployments. You will coordinate construction, infrastructure, networking, and operations, driving execution from planning to handoff across time zones.

The role requires deep experience with data center build-outs, GPU hardware, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on reliability, automation, and program governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex data center infrastructure or GPU/AI cluster deployments.
• Experience bridging construction handover and deployment.
• Ability to read customer specs and translate to actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GPU cluster activations and data center infra programs.
• Drive multi-threaded bring-up spanning hardware, networking, power, and cooling.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams incl. construction, infrastructure, network, hardware, and operations.
• Surface and resolve blockers before they surface; manage vendor and contractor partners.
• Partner with engineering to improve cluster turn-up reliability and automation.
• Interface with stakeholders across time zones and leadership; deliver executive status updates.
