Job summary

Wrike is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead Klaxoon, Wrike’s visual collaboration strategy. You will define the whiteboard core experience, AI strategy, and convergence with Wrike, guiding adoption and high-impact use cases while shaping the PM team’s strategic capabilities.

You will balance innovation with customer needs, drive cross-functional alignment, and partner with senior leadership to position Wrike’s visual collaboration for the AI-native future.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product managers in a complex, multi-team area.
• Strong discovery, validation, and roadmap skills.
• Experience with AI-native product development and strategy.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a Klaxoon strategy across core whiteboard, AI, verticals, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence.
• Grow whiteboard adoption among Wrike customers with high-value vertical use cases.
• Lead and coach PMs to move from feature ownership to strategic product leadership.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, CS, and executives.
