Job summary

Wrike seeks a Group Product Manager to lead the Core unit, the heart of how customers plan, structure, manage, and scale work in Wrike. You will guide a team of five PMs across five product teams, shaping the vision and strategy while balancing power, usability, and AI-ready evolution.

You will drive alignment with Product, Eng, Design, GTM, and executives, coach PMs, and foster customer-centric product delivery in a fast-paced, enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product managers or multiple teams.
• Strong discovery, validation, roadmap, metrics, and delivery.
• Experience with B2B SaaS and enterprise needs.
• Ability to make hard trade-offs.
• Cross-functional alignment with Product, Eng, Design, GTM, and execs.
• Coaching and developing PMs.
• Excellent UX judgment.

Responsibilities

• Set Core strategy, vision, priorities for Wrike’s Core unit.
• Lead five PMs across five teams with clear ownership.
• Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, investments, usability, and bets.
• Enable AI-native R&D to scale output with AI-friendly processes.
• Develop and mentor the PM team to higher impact.
