Lucid Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives. You will help bring agentic AI features and generative capabilities to life, collaborating across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams.

You’ll shape product strategy for AI platforms, conduct rapid prototyping, and ensure customer value and trust in new AI experiences. This role embraces innovation, collaboration, and a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Experience bringing agentic AI products to market in fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and tradeoffs (quality, latency, cost).
• Excellent product judgment and stakeholder influence across orgs.
• Proven ability to partner acrossEngineering, Design, Data Science, Product, GTM.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to identify and validate AI capabilities.
• Shape AI product development processes, evaluation strategies, and experimentation.
• Stay ahead of AI advances and translate them into customer value.
• Develop customer insights and translate into AI experiences that feel natural.
• Own AI platform capabilities from strategy through launch with cross-functional teams.
