Job summary

Lucid Software is seeking a Product Manager to elevate our AI-enabled collaboration products to the next level. You’ll join a dynamic team passionate about Generative AI and user-centric design that helps teams turn ideas into reality.

As a PM, you’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market to prototype rapidly, evaluate capabilities, and de-risk features that create meaningful value to customers and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience building successful B2B SaaS products.
• Experience bringing agentic AI products to market.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including agent architectures, RAG, and AI evaluations.
• Excellent product judgment and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to identify, test, and de-risk new AI capabilities through prototypes and experiments.
• Help shape how Lucid builds AI products by improving development processes, evaluation strategies, and experimentation practices.
• Stay at the forefront of modern AI, agentic systems, and developer tooling, translating insights into AI experiences.
• Develop deep customer expertise by understanding how people think and solve problems visually, translating insights into AI experiences.
• Own AI platform capabilities from strategy through launch, working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable foundations.
