Job summary

Turo Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across the trip and guest support surfaces. You will manage product teams, define KPIs, and partner with CX, Analytics, Design, and Operations to improve guest experience and cost efficiency.

This role requires 8+ years in product management, 3+ years leading PMs, and a track record with AI or automation‑driven products. Hybrid in San Francisco with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• 3+ years directly managing and developing other PMs.
• Experience owning core guest experience metrics and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AI or automation‑driven products.
• Strong operational fluency with CX, Operations, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and own product strategy for end‑to‑end trip lifecycle and guest support.
• Design self‑serve tools and AI‑powered support to improve resolution efficiency.
• Lead and develop two product managers with clear roadmaps.
• Establish rigorous experimentation, measurement, and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Engineering, Design, and Research to translate needs into a roadmap.
• Represent the product area in leadership forums and planning sessions.
